Riley has this really nifty ability called Aura. What's Aura? Well, to quote what I've written on his app...
Want Riley to be able to see the esssence of your character's being from the get go or are they a lot more highly guarded?
Regardless of permissions - Riley is able to detect great shifts in mood and temperament. If your character goes from happy to sad or calm to angry or angry to even angrier, Riley will pick up on that.
It's almost a way of seeing rather than anything else. It is tiring, so unless your aura is completely dazzling or great (think of when Team Galactic disrupted Iron Island - all the Pokemon were distressed and so Riley picked up on that without even trying.), Riley won't be constantly looking for people's aura 24/7.

Name: Your character's name obviously.
Human/Pokemon/Other: Are you human? Or Pokemon? Or other? This is important because if you're a Pokemon, Riley will be able to read Pokemon auras more easily than humans. (obviously if your character is in human form then it's not as easy.)
Does your character have any extra-sensory or psychic powers/inclinations? Usually Riley can pick up whether a character has or hasn't got them. This usually means that they can deflect/detect when he tries reading people's Auras.
Can Riley read your character's personality aura?: Will Riley be able to see what kind of person your character is from the get go? Or are they more guarded than that? Will he only be able to get a vague inkling of how they're like or will they be open like a book?
Can Riley read your character's mood/emotion aura?: A pretty basic example is if someone's sad and they're saying that they're not sad. Will Riley pick up on their real sadness? Or is your character's ability to disguise their emotion so great that they themselves believe it and thus, have Riley believe it?
Can Riley influence your character's mood/emotion aura?: Generally Riley isn't a manipulative guy. He doesn't roll that way. But if you're distressed for example, and need calming down then Riley will project a soothing aura.
Anything else?: Any other info.
Riley comes descended from a line of Aura Guardians. Aura is the quintessential being of every creature in this world - humans, Pokemon, you name it. (The only things that don't have Aura are machines/inorganic things, usually). Riley then has the ability to detect and to some extent, manipulate Aura around him. (his in-game sprite has a blue flash around his hand and he mentions reading the player's aura a few times).
While he can't manipulate the auras of other people, he can read them and he can sure as hell manipulate his own. This changes the way people will react to him, but it only influences them rather than being a complete changer of their moods and thoughts - and it goes without saying only in person. Generally Riley's aura is that of calm but for example, if he wanted to rouse morale he could project a more "excitable" Aura. Or if he wanted to keep people away he could try to project a "standoff-ish" aura. Mind you he's still trying to learn the ins and outs of it so it may not always work.
Aura is a wave, and works almost the same way as sound so it can be disrupted, reflected or blocked if the mechanism of doing so is known.

Can Riley read your character's personality aura?: Cyrus is very guarded. However, since Riley is from Sinnoh and has gone up against some of Cyrus's followers directly, this likely won't be needed.
Can Riley read your character's mood/emotion aura?: Yes please. Despite Cyrus's claim that he has no emotions, he knows deep down that he does, and thus Riley can't really be fooled by it. That said, individual emotions may be glossed over since Cyrus has a way of justifying things to himself, but if that happens I'll make a note of it.
Can Riley influence your character's mood/emotion aura?: That calming thing may come in handy, but Cyrus has a tendency to get really worked up about things so influences may not work.
Anything else?: Cyrus's most common emotion is anger. His second is fear, because he knows what anger has done to the world and no he can't feel anger he has to be the savior dammit. Though let's be honest, even the most sympathetic person still has to admit that he's a huge douchebag.

Anything else?: I got nothing noteworthy except maybe a description of his general disposition/mood. Riley will notice that he has a very serene way about him most of the time. By nature, he is gentle and patient. There are spikes of enthusiasm he is prone to whenever someone or something excites him, or fear/worriment whenever something goes awry (usually someone committing reckless behavior that could endanger people). He's pretty optimistic about life.

Does your character have any extra-sensory or psychic powers/inclinations? The only psychic power he really has is telepathy, it's not a power of his own to dictate. Only when he's "hooked up" to a goddess or other divine being can the telepathy commence, and Pit has to actually verbalize his telepathy (so others around him can hear what he says, but chances are mortals can't hear the other end of the conversation).

Anything else?: Pit is a livewire. He's a ball of energy most of the time and has a lot of fighting spirit. He reacts a little too easy to what other people do or say, so his mood will be all over the place- someone picking on him makes him contrary, someone crying makes him sad and empathetic, someone doing an amazing trick gets him awed- he's easily carried away by his emotions. Describing him as childish is accurate. Pit is very friendly and always has a sense of humor, even when things look grim.

Anything else?: I'm sure you already know enough about this guy to determine how he generally is, but on a good day he's somewhat laid back if nothing's working him up, but when provoked he instantly switches gears into being either hostile (if the situation offends or threatens him) or excited (if, well, something exciting happens), etc etc, he can be pretty easy to rile up. He puts a guard up a lot and is quick to get defensive.
I DON'T KNOW IF IT'S WORTH NOTING, BUT... seriously what is with this crazy aura made of black tendrils and flaming eyes.

Anything else?: Cress presents himself as easygoing and unflappable. Much of the time this is true from the inside-out, but when he's caught between a rock and a hard place with getting worked up but not wanting to let it show for whatever reason, there will be an incredible amount of tension, kind of like a dam, if that's an adequate metaphor. In some situations, he gets extremely worried, even paranoid. If we are tagging together, you will know when this happens because I will describe it in writing.

Does your character have any extra-sensory or psychic powers/inclinations? No, Chili does not have any extra-sensory powers or otherwise. Just a regular human here!
Can Riley read your character's personality aura?: Sure! Chili is very open and you can probably read all of it.
Can Riley read your character's mood/emotion aura?: Sure! Not like anybody else can't already... he's an open book. If he's really feeling one way but says he's not, Riley can definitely figure out his true feelings. Chili is no good at hiding his feelings.
Can Riley influence your character's mood/emotion aura?: Yes, this is fine by me.
Anything else?: A lot of Chili's emotions are powerful/passionate ones. It's not hard to tell what he's feeling since his emotional output is REALLY HIGH. He is very temperamental and has some extreme highs and lows.

Can Riley read your character's mood/emotion aura?: Yes. Ron tends to be an anxious character, but his thoughts are very tumultuous which gives him some hardcore mood swings. Like geez dude calm down.
Can Riley influence your character's mood/emotion aura?: Yes.
Anything else?: Even more than Chili, Ron is a master at SWITCHING MOODS on a dime. He is very nervous and a lot of his moods tend to range in the NERVOUS/ANXIOUS area but he can also easily go from being happy and calm to having a complete and utter emotional meltdown.

Does your character have any extra-sensory or psychic powers/inclinations? No extra-sensory powers here.
Can Riley read your character's personality aura?: Ulki is very guarded about himself. He might only be able to get a vague feeling for his personality.
Can Riley read your character's mood/emotion aura?: Yes. Ulki still maintains good control over his outward expression of emotions, but his aura can probably be read by Riley.
Can Riley influence your character's mood/emotion aura?: Yes.
Anything else?: Ulki is fairly even-tempered a lot of the time and is reserved with his feelings, especially when they deal with anger, shock, or excitability and whatnot. Those are the feelings he tries to control the most. ALSO: there is an in-game mechanic in FE9/10 called a biorhythm, which is a good measure of the character's expression of temperament if you ask me. Ulki is a Type 2 on that page. Ulki and the other characters in the Type 2 category tend to keep a cool head, even if something incites them.

Does your character have any extra-sensory or psychic powers/inclinations? HMMMM... if you call being a ghost in general an extra-sensory inclination, maybe. She's a Banette, no funny tricks.
Can Riley read your character's personality aura?: If Riley can read ghosts, then yes. I do not know if he can. He probably can?
Can Riley read your character's mood/emotion aura?: Same thing applies: if he can, then yes. And she is quite the liar when it comes to her feelings. She'll say she likes you, but her hatred might run as deep as the planetary atmosphere of Jupiter. She has a lot of hate.
Can Riley influence your character's mood/emotion aura?: Yes.
Anything else?: BANETTE, BY NATURE, FOREVER HAVE GRUDGES and many bitter feelings. Milimili's no different. Her hate can be felt from a mile away if that's something he can feel out of Ghost-type Pokemon. She pretends she doesn't hate anybody. Milimili gets jealous a lot and holds on to petty grudges for an eternity.

Can Riley read your character's personality aura?: Probably not, since you mentioned that he can't read machines because they don't have auras. I'm not sure AE would just gain an aura when he's a human, either. I grant the permission to try but I'm not sure there's much there to see.

Can Riley influence your character's mood/emotion aura?: Same thing. Probably N/A.

Can Riley read your character's personality aura?: Yes, permission granted. Henry can be very confusing when it comes to expressing his intentions. He actually seems like an overly cheerful bad guy who likes to talk about killing people and participating in war. This is true, but he also cares about the people he makes connections with.
Can Riley read your character's mood/emotion aura?: Yes, that's okay with me.
Can Riley influence your character's mood/emotion aura?: Yes.
Anything else?: Henry is always smiling and laughing and acting cheerful, but he had a tragic past full of torture, isolation, and death. He doesn't like to be melancholy or bitter because he doesn't see the point in holding grudges or being sad, but his smile and laughter has been described as fake. He is very out of touch with his true emotions and they might seem very disturbed, disorderly, or just wrong for the mood of the environment/conversation. He is a very confused/confusing person who gives off misleading signals. RILEY CAN PROBABLY SENSE HIS EMOTIONS BETTER THAN HE CAN...
